My client is looking for a Head Business Development / New Business Lead / Proposals Lead. This is a pivotal role, shaping the future of the practice by:

• Leading bids and proposals from strategy through to delivery
• Driving new business opportunities and client relationships
• Collaborating with senior leadership to position them for success on high-profile projects

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• A strong track record in business development, bids, or proposals (ideally in architecture, design, or construction)
• Strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach
