Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling and winning work?

My client, an award-winning architectural practice, is seeking a Bid Manager to work alongside the Senior Bid Manager to lead their pursuit of high-profile projects across global environments. (You MUST come with relevant bid management experience from either construction or architecture)

In this pivotal role, you’ll:

✅ Drive bid strategy and submissions for landmark architectural projects

✅ Collaborate closely with directors, designers, and consultants to craft compelling proposals

✅ Manage the end-to-end bid process — from pipeline tracking to post-submission reviews

✅ Ensure our bids reflect the creativity, innovation, and design excellence we are known for

What we’re looking for:

🔹 Proven experience managing bids within architecture, design, or construction sectors

🔹 Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills
