Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the ongoing development of the brand and brand strategy, continuing to drive growth, brand performance and the overall position in the market.
- Developing the brand proposition and creating frameworks for the business to roll out.
- Monitor brands performance against agreed targets and report accordingly.
- Coordinate with the internal digital, creative and data team for the delivery of the multi-channel / through the line campaign & communications for the brand.
- Understand customer behaviour, market trends and competitors (supported by their in house insights team) to influence key decisions made about the brand.
- Manage external brand communications including POS, PR, and Digital. Key events and promotions.
Skills & Experiences:
- Strong Marketing/Brand experience, brand concept and strategy as well as campaign coordination.
- Ideally experienced in hospitality/leisure with some food & drink experience.
- A strong background in brand building.
- Experience coordinating multi-channel campaigns – PR, Digital, Marketing, Print, Content, ATL, TTL etc.
- Plenty of experience in a customer centric environment as this role has a real focus on customer experience.
- Excellent communications and stakeholder management experience.
