Job Description Our client is an established and successful retailer of high quality consumer products. They are searching for an experienced Marketplaces Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing listings, optimisation and driving growth across various platforms – including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, B&Q, ManoMano etc. This is a senior role and will involve strategic planning, data analysis, and operational execution to enhance their brand presence, increase sales, and improve customer engagement on various marketplaces. The Role Own and manage the company’s presence on multiple online marketplaces, ensuring products are presented and optimised for maximum visibility and sales. Maintain compliance with marketplace rules and standards to ensure smooth operations and minimize risks to account health. Create and manage high-quality product listings, including images, descriptions, pricing, and attributes, ensuring they align with brand standards and are optimised for search and conversion. Perform regular audits to maintain consistency and accuracy across product listings, adjusting content and keywords to improve search ranking and discoverability. Monitor and analyse sales, traffic, and conversion metrics to assess performance across marketplaces, identifying trends, areas for growth, and any potential issues.
