HRBP 3-6 Month FTC – Central London location – Hybrid working My client is a VERY exciting household name and is looking for 3-6 month support. They need someone who can hit the ground running, picking up consultations, but equally someone happy dealing with administration as necessary. We are seeking an experienced People Partner with 3-5 years’ HR experience to support the UKI, Nordics, and Benelux regions during a dynamic period of growth and change. This is a hybrid position, based in London at least 2-3 days a week, and offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, driving HR excellence while making a tangible impact on the organisation. Key Responsibilities Employee Relations: Manage employee relations cases from end to end, including drafting scripts, creating documentation, and advising managers on best practices. Talent Acquisition & Development: Support recruitment and oversee onboarding to ensure a smooth experience for new hires. Enhance employee retention through strong employer branding initiatives. Systems Management: Maintain accuracy of employee data in HRIS systems and manage documentation relating to the employee lifecycle. Ensure changes are reflected accurately in payroll. Change Management: Collaborate with senior leaders to plan and execute change programmes, ensuring compliance and effective communication with all stakeholders. Policies & Processes: Review and refine HR processes to enhance effectiveness. Provide policy guidance to managers and oversee updates as necessary. HR Queries & Administration: Be the first point of contact for HR queries across UKI, Nordics, and Benelux teams. Manage operational tasks like raising POs and handling invoices as part of a collaborative team culture. Employee Engagement: Drive engagement initiatives through newsletters, town halls, and team activities. Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with the company’s values. About You 3-5 years’ HR experience , preferably within FMCG or a fast-paced sector. CIPD qualification (preferred but not essential). Strong expertise in employee relations and a solid understanding of UK employment law. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to improving processes. Confident, discreet, and professional in handling sensitive matters. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence. Collaborative and team-oriented mindset with a willingness to contribute to operational tasks. Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Most importantly, you bring curiosity, energy, and a readiness to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
