Job Description Calling all foodies and drinks experts who are experienced in menu and product management. I’m working on a wonderful role for a well-known QSR business. They’re looking for a food and beverage menu and product manager. The role is suitable for someone with a background in food and drink and menu production – innovation – NPD – menu design – product planning and more. This is NOT a customer services position within a restaurant! The role need someone who has experience in: Food & Beverage Strategy and Menu architecture Food & Beverage Trends Develop range churn led by customer insights New product introductions and Limited Time Offers Critical path management Collaborating to gain approval of new menu concepts, and renovation to core ingredients Gain concept approvals for U.K. product development You will be officially based in HQ in Surrey but there will be the need to travel to restaurants and to suppliers as and when required as well as to their kitchen development facility in the West Midlands.
