Job Description Better Placed are delighted to be partnering with a values-driven, high-growth B2B organisation as they look to recruit a CRM and Digital Manager to join the team. In this newly created role, you’ll lead digital marketing initiatives and oversee the CRM (HubSpot) and email marketing platforms. You’ll be instrumental in driving automation, optimising customer relationship strategies, and enhancing outreach with AI tools. Hybrid working: 1-2 days in the office (HQ’s close to Warrington) Salary Banding: £38,000-£48,000 basic plus benefits What You’ll Do Take full ownership of the CRM strategy, with a strong focus on HubSpot for data management and customer engagement.
