Our client is a fast growing ecommerce brand, offering quality products to their customers. They are ambitious, high growth and scaling both in the UK and internationally.
They are now searching for a Paid Social Manager to elevate their digital marketing efforts and drive revenue through social media advertising. The successful candidate will lead and execute paid social campaigns across key platforms including META, TikTok & Pinterest. With a hands-on approach, they will be responsible for driving performance and scaling results within the performance team while collaborating with the organic social and creative teams. They will oversee a talented team of Paid Social Executives and report directly into the Head of Performance Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and execute paid social strategies across META, Pinterest & TikTok, supported by Head of Performance Marketing.
- Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, from setup to performance analysis, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Leverage creative insights and collaborate with the organic social team to repurpose content and maximise trends.
- Be hands-on with the tools, actively managing ad spends, and tracking campaign performance.
- Supervise and mentor Paid Social Executives, providing guidance on campaign optimisation.
- Work closely with the creative team to align ad creatives with brand objectives as well as platform best practices.
- Report on key metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to the Head of Performance Marketing.
- Stay on top of the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure we stay ahead of the curve.
