We currently have two part-time Administrative Assistant vacancies to join our team.
What a typical day as an Administrative Assistantwill look like
- Welcoming clients and ensuring a positive experience
- Supporting practitioners with client flow and administrative tasks
- Appointment scheduling and calendar management
- Responding promptly to client enquiries (Phone, email, and in person)
- Managing payments and billing with accuracy and discretion
- Supporting senior staff on client-focused projects
- Upholding a professional, clean, and welcoming office environment
- Coordinating general office facilities and supply needs
What you will require
To be successful in either role, you’ll ideally have experience in a similar administrative and customer service position. You should be confident using technology, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Just as importantly, you’ll be comfortable engaging with clients and members of the public in a clear, friendly, and professional manner.
The successful applicant’s will be required to travel to and work from various Better Place locations including Cheltenham, Oakleigh, Croydon, Narre Warren and Broadmeadows as required.
