Our client is an award-winning, market leader in sustainable period products. As they grow, they are working with us here at Better People to find a great "all rounder" to join their growing team, creating and implementing efficient company admin procedures and workflow, whilst offering day-to-day admin and PA support to the MD/Founder.
This is a really interesting role because apart from the variety of duties you will be involved with, you will also be at the heart of the infrastructure and growth of this amazing business.
Ideal Candidates will be/Have:
- Good strong background in UK business administration process - both design, implementation and day-to-day working in a small business
- Experience in a similar role in a new/high growth/fast growth business
- Strong "stand alone" MS Office and CRM skills with good tech awareness
- Excellent business communications skills both in person and in writing
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of basic accounts/finance functions in a small business would be useful too
- Really flexible attitude with the ability to "spin plates", multi-task and prioritise own workload
- Driving licence, own car and live within 45 mins drive of St Albans for 2 or 3 days a week in the office
- A really strong desire to be at the heart of the growth of this business - this is a pivotal role
