Are you an experienced Events Co-ordinator who loves making things happen, keeping events on track and leading from the front? We’re recruiting for a Senior Events Co-ordinator to join a busy, well-established corporate events business delivering high-energy team building events, activities and client experiences. This is a varied, hands-on role with real responsibility. You’ll be involved in event planning, logistics, on-site delivery, team leadership, scheduling, kit management, proposals and operational support.

The role:

  • Plan and co-ordinate corporate events from start to finish
  • Attend events on-site and oversee smooth delivery
  • Liaise with clients, venues and suppliers
  • Prepare event plans, staff briefs and kit lists
  • Lead and support a seasonal events team
  • Recruit, induct and schedule seasonal staff
  • Oversee equipment and event logistics
  • Write proposals, risk assessments and client communications

What we’re looking for:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in events co-ordination or similar
  • Experience managing multiple events and deadlines
  • Team leadership or supervisory experience
  • Physical fitness and happy to load and unload kit
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Calm, organised and solutions-focused approach
  • Happy to be office-based AND hands-on at events
  • Full UK driving licence
