Building Surveyor Insurance & Private Client Cheshire / North West | Hybrid Working £50-60k plus bens -  Bonus + Benefits +Car Allowance £50-60k plus bens Our client, a well-established national provider of claims and building consultancy services, is looking for a Surveyor to join its growing Building Consultancy team covering Cheshire (CH, CW, SK and WA postcodes). This is a varied, hands-on role where your technical judgement matters. You'll manage your own caseload, carrying out defect diagnosis surveys, preparing costed schedules of works and overseeing repair projects through to completion. Instructions come from insurers, loss adjusters and policyholders, alongside a fast-growing private client portfolio. Insurance experience is a bonus, but not essential: strong surveying fundamentals are what count.
