Conveyancing Lawyer Full time or Part Time Oxford Up to £45k ( pro rata) Our client is the oldest independent family-owned law firm in Oxford. As their reputation increases the demand for their services, they are working with us here at Better People Ltd to source a Conveyancing Lawyer to join their growing Property team. This is EITHER a full time 5 days a week role OR a part time role working 2.5/3 days per week. We do need someone who can come into the Oxford office for at least 1 day per week. The Job To manage your own case load of Conveyancing work – to include freehold and leasehold sale and purchase, transfer of equity and remortgages as well as more complex and high value transactions, whilst working closely with your team and providing the highest level of client care. Ideal Candidates Will Be/Have: At least 1 year PQE Strong understanding of residential property law. Must be a fully qualified solicitor Demonstrable ability to manage a diverse caseload and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy and client care. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a focus on delivering clear timely and practical advice to clients. Proficiency in using case management systems and digital platforms for property transactions. A proactive and client-focused approach with the ability to work independently This is a firm that have an open flexible approach to working so do please apply and let us know the hours that you are available as we may be able to consider those. There is 20 days holiday plus an additional allowance to cover their Christmas shutdown, a day off for your birthday and at least 2 social events per year.
