Due to continued growth and new project wins, they are looking to recruit an experienced Landscaping Team Leader / Site Foreman to join their expanding team.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced landscaper who enjoys managing projects, leading a team and taking ownership of delivering exceptional results. Working on a range of high-end domestic landscaping projects, you will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. Most projects involve significant hard landscaping elements, although experience of soft landscaping is also important.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of landscapers on site
  • Deliver projects safely, on time and within budget
  • Plan labour, materials, plant and equipment requirements
  • Monitor progress and maintain productivity throughout the project
  • Build clean positive relationships with clients, contractors and colleagues
  • Solve site challenges and provide practical solutions
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards and design specifications
  • Take responsibility for site health and safety compliance
  • Mentor and develop less experienced team members
  • Carry out vehicle, plant and equipment checks as required

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience within landscaping, ideally a minimum of 3 years
  • Experience leading or supervising a landscaping team
  • Strong hard landscaping skills
  • Physically fit as this is a hands-on role working with the team
  • Good working knowledge of soft landscaping
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • A proactive and organised approach to project delivery
  • A commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail
  • Full clean UK Driving Licence (held for at least 12 months)
