We are currently working with them to find a talented Creative Project Architect who possesses strong design skills, proven project delivery experience, and excellent client relationship building abilities. The role offers a hybrid working model, with two days working from home and three days in the Newbury office. The Role This is a crucial client-facing role, perfect for a design-focused architect who takes pride in creating exceptional homes and providing a personal, thoughtful service. As a Creative Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading projects from concept to completion, championing design quality and ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout. You will work closely with clients, often on a one-to-one basis, assisting them in expressing their vision and guiding them through the process with clarity, confidence, and warmth. Additionally, you will manage consultant teams, ensure smooth project delivery on-site, and contribute to the ongoing development of the firm\’s design culture. Lead the design process for bespoke high-end homes, bringing creative ideas and a strong architectural narrative. Manage projects across all RIBA stages, from initial brief through to completion on site. Guide clients through the process with clarity, empathy, and professionalism. Coordinate consultant and contractor input to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. Contribute to the development of team knowledge and practise processes. About You Qualified Architect with at least 5 years\’ post-Part III experience, preferably in the high-end private residential sector. Strong portfolio demonstrating design talent, spatial sensitivity, and attention to detail. Confident project leader with experience delivering one-off homes. A natural communicator – clear, personable, and able to build rapport with a diverse range of clients. Able to interpret client ambitions and personalities into design that fits beautifully. Skilled in 3D CAD and able to sketch ideas and details fluidly. Thorough understanding of UK planning, building regulations, and construction processes.
