Job Overview:

- £40£50/hr, with premiums up to ~£54 for urgent, evening and weekend sessions
- Ad-hoc and regular/block bookings.

THE ROLE
- Independent assessment, diagnosis and management of undifferentiated, undiagnosed presentations
- Minor illness and on-the-day demand; telephone and face-to-face triage
- Autonomous clinical decision-making and long-term-condition management
- Prescribing within competence; referrals and safety-netting
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Essential: NMC registration
V300 independent prescribing (or working towards) autonomous practice in primary/urgent care
- EMIS Web or Systm One.
- Right to work in the UK
- Desirable: MSc Advanced Clinical Practice minor-illness & long-term-condition clinic experience
