We are looking for an Exams and Management Information Systems (MIS) Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the planning, organisation, and delivery of internal and external examinations in line with awarding body regulations.
- Manage exam registrations, entries, amendments, and withdrawals within required deadlines.
- Liaise with exam boards, invigilators, tutors, and administrative teams to ensure smooth examination processes.
- Ensure examination materials are handled securely and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate learner and course records within the MIS database.
- Input, update, and validate student and course information ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Monitor and maintain records relating to enrolment, attendance, achievements, and assessments.
- Support the preparation and submission of statutory and internal data returns.
