We are looking for an Advanced Practitioner.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Practice Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
  • You will work closely with Lead Practitioners, families, carers, and other professionals to assess needs, develop care plans, and provide ongoing support for children subject to S17 Assessments and Child in Need Planning.
  • Engage with the Multi-Agency Child Protection Team (MACPT) to deliver child protection plans where necessary.
  • Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of your work.
