My client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced strategic leader to head up their Automation team.

The Process Automation Lead will be responsible for managing the automation strategy and identifying, managing and delivering Process Automation opportunities across the organisation.
This is not a hands on role and the successful candidate will need to provide leadership, coaching, analysis and strategic insight for Process Automation, including the design, development, prioritisation, and testing of Robotic Process Automation solutions.
This position works to design and deliver innovative automated solutions that expand process capabilities, improve accuracy, and create efficiencies across the business.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business you will ensure the correct processes and opportunities are identified and subsequently prioritised and made more efficient with minimal manual touch points.
You will need to have a change or transformation background and strong leadership skills to be considered for this role.
Key skills & requirements;
- Leadership and change management experience with experience of executing strategies
- Proven experience in identifying, designing, building, and implementing transformation opportunities
- Defining, owning and presenting team roadmaps and priorities
- Experience and knowledge of working with business operation processes within a financial environment.
- Proven experience in providing and signing off business requirements
- Good accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal relationship building skills
- Experience of RPA tools, Microsoft PowerPlatform/Power Automate (or equivalent e.g., Blue Prism, UIPath) is highly desirable
- Proven experience of analysing, measuring, and selling business and customer benefits to the business
