We have a brand new opportunity for a Technical Software Specialist to join a busy and growing team. The role offers the opportunity to take technical ownership of this product and to assist with the roll out across a diverse international portfolio of digital brands. You will directly influence how the data and audience intelligence shape the user experience and commercial performance. You will become an SME in this field and enjoy sharing your knowledge with other team members and wider technical teams across the business.
Being responsible for configuring, building and enhancing Piano Composer, to include experiences, split tests and experiments to improve engagement, conversion and commercial performance. Designing and implementing structured and multivariate testing strategies and ensuring rigorous test design is carried out, along with clear insight reporting. This is an exciting chance to be part of a large product roll-out project and to progress your career within this area. There is hybrid working on offer of two days in the office and three days working from home each week. You will be immersed within a positive, supportive technical team and have the opportunity to work alongside some talented individuals.
Skills/Experience/Attributes:
- Assisting with the implementation, configuring and testing of the Piano Marketing Product Suite or a similar platform e.g.; Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
- Experience of the Piano Marketing Suite would be nice to have
- Experience of Google Tag Manager is essential
- Working knowledge of API’s, JSON and modern web architecture
- Familiarity working within a structured release process using GIT
- Analytical mind with a high attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills, verbally and written
- Strong experience of analysing data
- Comfortable working with analytics platforms to validate tracking and investigate anomalies
- Proactive in identifying improvement opportunities and challenging unclear requirements
