My client is looking to recruit an experienced Technical Solutions Manager for their office located in Kent. Working within the principal design and engineering authority and responsible for the full technical lifecycle of solutions delivered by the businesses Project Services business. The role is a People Manager to lead a technical solutions tower of specialists spanning across design engineering, product support and technical coordination within the energy business, including high and niche solar power, rechargeable batteries and nuclear power. You will be setting the engineering standard for everything within the design, build and maintenance of the assets. This is an enjoyable and rewardable role as you can see the end product make a real difference to the customer. The organisation is rapidly growing; some elements of the role may change in the future. It is important you are adaptable and happy working within a changeable environment. There is hybrid working on offer, two days in the office and three days working from home every week. Once established in the role, this can become more flexible.
