Due to company growth and success, my customer is looking for an experienced Technical Assurance Administrator to join their busy team. The role is located in Horley in Surrey, working in asset adoption and operations.
The Technical Admin’s key responsibilities are to ensure the network asset customers experience is maximised throughout the adoption process and post-install, while maintaining compliance and profitability. Responsibilities include:
- Providing a professional land-rights service through administering the process by responding to all queries, liaising with solicitors, legal pack creation and providing reporting to the customer.
- Scheduling inspection and maintenance for onsite operatives.
- Sending remedial letters and chasing responses on major non-conformances and health and safety issues within the infrastructure plans.
- Solving problems faced and implementing basic changes to processes and procedures.
- Mailbox management and maintenance and reporting of KPI’s across the technical adoption process.
- Providing clear and concise updates.
The role is varied and busy with plenty of room for future career progression. Hybrid work is on offer of 3-4 days in the office with the remainder of the days working from home per week. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9-5 or 8-4. The office is within a short walk from a train station and there is plenty of local parking available. Skills/Experience and attributes:
- Ideally degree educated, preferably a business or economics degree.
- Intermediate level of Word, Outlook and especially Excel.
- Comfortable with looking at technical electrical designs and large volumes of data.
- Experience of setting up and maintenance of processes and process improvements.
- Experience of working on an in-house CRM system.
- Highly organised and has the ability to keep on top of workloads.
- Strong problem solver.
- Tenacious and accountable for own workload.
- Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written.
- Accurate with a high attention to detail.
