Due to company growth, an exciting new position for a more Junior/Graduate level Asset Analyst to join a fast-growing and successful technology and data organisation located in Surrey. The role is initially on a 12-month fixed term contract basis. Working within a smaller and friendly team that is crucial to the business, maintaining and tracking the asset data that underpins the portfolio to maximise revenue.
You will be provided with full training while helping to resolve queries, ensuring meter databases and industry registers are accurate through reporting and reconciliations. Maintaining network systems and assisting with the KPI reporting to the senior management team. This is an analytical role and there is an element of supporting customers through email and reporting. You will take accountability for your work, working to SLAs and providing regular updates. This is a progressive role and a great opportunity to start and develop your career as an Asset Analyst.
The role is located in Horley in Surrey, you would be required to attend the office two to three days a week with a couple of days working from home. Very detailed and ongoing training will be provided, along with a competitive salary and fantastic company benefits. There is plenty of local parking, great bus links and the train station is only a five minutes' walk from the office.
Skills/experience/attributes:
- Degree educated/recent Graduate is essential
- Some work experience is required
- Fast learner with great listening skills
- Intermediate and confident using Excel
- Good experience and knowledge of working with Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Any experience of Power BI is desirable
- Experience of working on a CRM is nice to have but not essential
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Clear and concise communicator verbally and written
- Analytical mind and interested in working with data and figures
