We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Paid Media division, focused on building and scaling partnerships with publishers across key markets. This is a commercial role at its core and you’ll be responsible for sourcing new publishers, managing existing relationships, and driving performance across paid channels. You’ll work closely with internal teams (operations, finance) and represent us externally at industry events and conferences.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Publisher sourcing & partnerships
    • Identify, onboard, and grow relationships with new publishers across priority markets (US, CA, EU, LATAM)
    • Build a strong pipeline of high‑quality traffic sources (networks, affiliates, sub‑affiliates)
    • Negotiate commercial terms
  • Account management & growth
    • Own day‑to‑day relationships with publishers, acting as the main point of contact
    • Monitor performance and proactively optimise campaigns (traffic quality, conversion, deal structure)
    • Scale existing partnerships through new opportunities, markets, and products
  • Campaign & reporting oversight
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are set up, tracked, and optimised correctly
    • Review performance data and provide clear insights
    • Prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Market & product feedback loop
    • Act as the voice of publishers internally, sharing feedback, challenges, and opportunities
    • Help shape our paid media offering based on market demand and partner needs
  • Industry presence
    • Represent the company at conferences, events, and meetings

Job Requirements

  • 2–5+ years experience in iGaming, ideally within affiliate, paid media, or partnerships
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing models (CPA, RevShare, CPL, hybrid)
  • Proven experience working with publishers and affiliates
  • Commercial mindset, confident negotiating deals and spotting growth opportunities
  • Comfortable working with data and performance metrics (Tableau, GA4, tracking tools, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills: clear, direct, and partner‑focused
  • Ability to manage multiple partners and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Self‑starter with a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset

Nice to have

  • Experience with sweepstakes, social traffic, or emerging paid channels
  • Existing network of publishers or affiliates
