You are a strategic and relationship-driven marketer who lives for the creator economy and understands the power of influencers in driving growth. You know your way around platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, Instagram, and X (Twitter), and you can spot rising talent before they go mainstream. You’re passionate about sports, tapped into betting culture, and excited by affiliate-driven growth. You’ll own the influencer marketing lifecycle from discovery to negotiation to performance optimization, working with high-impact creators to build buzz and drive user acquisition for our operator partners.
You will:
- Identify, onboard, and manage new influencer partners across key social media platforms
- Build and execute platform expansion strategies to tap into new audiences in the UK
- Develop long-term relationships with top-performing UK creators, including performance optimization, deal structuring, and renewals
- Lead recurring check-ins and support in-person events with creators to deepen partnerships
- Work with the Customer Success Manager and product teams to share partner feedback and enhance the influencer experience
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve through data and insights
Job requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships, or business development, ideally in sports betting, iGaming, or digital media
- A deep passion for UK sports and online betting culture
- Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing impactful creator deals
- Firsthand knowledge of influencer ecosystems across relevant social media platforms
- An analytical mindset with performance marketing experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry
