Better Collective, a world-leading digital sports media company, seeks a Data & Strategy Operations Specialist to stand up and operationalize our DMP and contextual targeting capabilities. This role is a high-impact, individual contributor position reporting to Derek Klimkowski and collaborating with Commercial, Product, Tech, and Data teams worldwide.

You’ll build systems from scratch, turn complex data into commercial outcomes, and own day-to-day data operations while maintaining privacy.
