We’re launching a new betting product and are looking for a Marketing Lead to own go-to-market strategy, influencer partnerships and execution in the UK. This role will be responsible for driving brand awareness, user acquisition, and localization of the product for the UK market.
Responsibilities- Spearhead marketing strategy for a new betting product launch in the UK
- Build out and manage network of creator partnerships to drive adoption of the product
- Develop and execute acquisition campaigns across digital, social, influencer, and affiliate channels
- Own localization strategy: messaging, creatives, and cultural relevance for UK audiences
- Partner closely with product, growth, and compliance teams
- Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns
- Manage agencies, contractors, and external partners as needed
- 5–7 years of marketing experience, ideally in the betting space
- Deep knowledge of the UK betting ecosystem, user behavior, and regulatory landscape
- Proven experience launching or scaling a consumer product in the UK
- Strong background in performance marketing, influencer/affiliate marketing, or growth
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and attribution tools
- Experience with sportsbook or iGaming launches
- Existing network of UK creators, affiliates, or media partners
- Startup or high-growth environment experience
