Betta Webs is a Canterbury-based HubSpot Partner agency specialising in trust-building, conversion-focused websites for B2B marketing teams. We design and build on HubSpot CMS with strategy and commercial outcomes at the core, creating websites that support sales, improve performance and drive measurable growth. We’re a small, high-performing team known for clarity, high standards and strong delivery.

About the role

We’re hiring an experienced Project Manager with digital agency experience to take full ownership of our website projects. This is a delivery-first role. You will lead projects from kickoff to go-live, managing timelines, scope, communication and quality throughout. You’ll work closely with the founder, designer and developer, but you will be expected to run projects independently and confidently.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple website design and development projects
  • Run client kickoff and progress calls
  • Build and maintain structured project plans in ClickUp
  • Manage timelines, milestones and deliverables
  • Control scope and manage change requests confidently
  • Coordinate designers, developers and freelancers
  • Structure feedback rounds and approvals
  • Oversee internal QA before client review
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within agreed scope

Required experience

  • Experience managing website design and development projects within a digital or web agency
  • Strong understanding of design and development workflows
  • Confident leading client calls and managing stakeholder expectations
  • Experience handling scope creep and protecting commercial boundaries
  • Excellent organisation and written communication
  • Comfortable using project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana or similar

Additional experience

  • Experience delivering lead-generation or conversion-focused B2B websites
  • Experience working with HubSpot CMS
  • Commercial awareness of project margins and resourcing

Pay & structure

  • Part-time contract, approx. 20 hours per week
  • Hybrid role based in Canterbury, Kent. In-person collaboration expected roughly once every two weeks.
  • £1,600–£2,400 per month depending on experience
