What You\’ll Be Doing
- Identify and engage new business opportunities across global markets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation and pitch to contract negotiation and after-sales support.
- Build strong, strategic relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Represent Betta-LED at international trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Report on sales KPIs and pipeline activity, contributing to the company’s long-term growth strategy.
Who You Are
- A seasoned B2B sales professional with 5+ years’ experience in business development, preferably in AV, tech, or construction-related sectors.
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals and delivering on ambitious sales targets.
- Excellent communicator with a confident, outgoing personality and a genuine passion for solution-selling.
- Comfortable working independently and internationally, with the flexibility to travel when needed.
- Technically savvy – experience with LED, AV systems, or digital signage is a strong advantage.
- Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
