The Role We’re looking for someone who knows what great recruitment looks like and knows how to lead it. As our Talent Acquisition Manager , you’ll be responsible for driving hiring across key business areas, managing a team of skilled recruiters, and partnering closely with stakeholders to build high-performing teams that support our growth. What You’ll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters, ensuring delivery against hiring targets and KPIs Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business needs and shape hiring strategies accordingly Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment processes for senior roles or complex hires across functions, including tech, product, and commercial Use data to track performance, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve our hiring process Promote best practices across the TA team, including sourcing, candidate experience, and employer branding Collaborate with HR, L&D, and other teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and talent lifecycle Act as an ambassador for Betsson Group in the market, especially in the iGaming space What We’re Looking For At least 6 years of recruitment experience, with 3+ years in a leadership or team management role Previous experience in iGaming or tech-led environments is a strong plus Must be able to lead from the front, able to manage your job load while managing and maintaining high delivery standards. Proven track record of working with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions Strong knowledge of sourcing methods, interview techniques, and recruitment tools Excellent interpersonal and communication skills you know how to build trust and manage expectations Well-organised, data-driven, and confident working in a fast-paced, international setting Based in Malta or open to relocating from within the EU Why Join Betsson Group?
