An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 2 Support Secretary to work within the newly formed All Wales Gambling Treatment Service. This is a permanent position working Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, based with The Elms building in Wrexham.

The successful candidate will work alongside a band 3 Team Secretary, providing daily administrative support of the service.

Main duties of the job:
  • To support the co-ordination of the administration arrangements to provide a high quality supportive secretarial service to the Gambling Services clinical, administrative and management team.
  • To work independently and be accountable for organising/prioritising own workload to ensure deadlines are achieved.
  • To support the facilitation of the patients along a defined pathway by following referral procedures.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
