We are looking for a qualified dietitian (Band 5 or 6) to join our team. The role involves delivering personalised nutrition support across care homes, home visits and outpatient clinics. You will manage a caseload of patients who are both orally and enterally fed, provide group education, and collaborate closely with dietitians, dietetic assistants and other professionals. The department hosts over fifty dietitians and offers a supportive environment with annual appraisals, dedicated CPD time and opportunities for research and MSc level study.

Main duties include:

  • Managing a caseload that includes outpatient clinics, care homes and home visits, caring for patients who are both orally and enterally fed.
  • General clinic work and some group education.
  • Support from a dietetic assistant who will help with appointment bookings, reviews and resource management.
  • Managing home enterally fed patients who receive feeds and equipment via Nutricia Homeward.

Speaking Welsh is desirable, but applicants who speak Welsh and/or English are welcome.
