Band 4 Occupational Therapy Technical Instructor to join the Occupational Therapy team at Wrexham Maelor Hospital. The role focuses on maximizing patient abilities through patient‑centred goals, facilitating a safe discharge, and supporting the transition between hospital and community settings. Ideal candidates are experienced Occupational Therapy Assistants with the qualifications required for a Band 4 position, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead as a technical instructor.
Main duties of the job:
- Assist therapists in delivering high‑standard patient care following treatment plans.
- Support patients during therapy sessions, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
- Demonstrate and supply daily living equipment with clear instructions.
