We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Physiotherapist to join our Integrated Prevention and Reablement Services in Wrexham. This part-time role supports people to remain independent and live safely in their own homes, working closely with hospital teams to aid timely discharges.
You will undertake comprehensive physiotherapy assessments in people’s homes, develop evidence-based plans, and supervise junior staff.
