An exciting secondment opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Mental Health Practitioner to join our team and provide maternity leave cover.
This post is a fixed-term secondment for 9 months to cover maternity leave. Applicants must obtain permission from their current line manager before applying.
The post holder will work within an integrated multidisciplinary team focusing on adults suffering with a wide range of mental health problems. Responsibilities include:
- Managing a caseload and being responsible for assessing patients’ needs.
- Planning and implementing the plan of care.
- Providing supervision, guidance and support to junior members of staff.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
