We’re looking for a dynamic and flexible Radiographer to join our Interventional Radiology Team. This role offers a chance to develop clinical and leadership skills in a supportive environment.

Previous experience in Interventional Radiology is advantageous.

Main Duties

  • Service Delivery & Collaboration
    • Work closely with IR Lead and Principal Operations Radiographers to maintain a high‑quality service with a strong patient‑care focus.
    • Participate in a wide range of specialised examinations.
    • Assume a senior role within IR and the general department; both clinical and non‑clinical duties.
    • Will be required to work out of hours and provide 24‑hour cross‑site emergency cover.
  • Quality & Standards
    • Set and maintain professional standards; contribute to audits and service improvements.
  • Staff Support & Development
    • Supervise and support staff, students, and visitors; provide teaching and assessment in line with BCUHB policies and HCPC standards.
  • Cross‑Departmental Relationships
    • Build strong working relationships across departments and help resolve local operational issues.

Ability to speak Welsh is desirable; English and/or Welsh speakers are welcome to apply.
