GP – Living Well Service (Wed) MDT & Research-Active in Wrexham

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is looking for a fully qualified GP to join the Living Well Service in Wrexham on a permanent basis. This role involves working closely with a skilled multi-disciplinary team addressing long COVID and other conditions.

The successful candidate will provide clinical support, engage in service evaluation, and develop service activities, all while contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
