About the Role
This position is offered by BCUHB (Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board). We are recruiting Registered Nurses for our nurse bank across district general and community hospitals in North Wales.
Responsibilities
- The post holder is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidence‑based nursing care, working collaboratively and cooperatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families.
- The role also involves assisting in the management and organization of the clinical area and participating in the education, development and supervision of other staff members.
