Administration Manager for the Children and Young People division (Wrexham and Flintshire) under the Business Support Manager. Fixed term/secondment until 30/09/2026 due to maternity cover. This role is available only to staff currently employed by Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operation and day‑to‑day management of clerical and administrative services within the division.
- Manage the Information Systems and produce statistical information for the Health Board and other agencies.
- Lead change management initiatives to improve efficiencies of the Admin team.
- Assist Business Support Managers with operational management of all administrative, secretarial and clerical staff.
- Maintain effective communication with A&C staff and ensure dissemination of information.
- Manage performance of A&C staff and implement new ways of working.
- Produce routine and ad‑hoc information to support monitoring of quality indicators and Key Directorate objectives.
- Lead specific Task Groups to enhance administrative processes.
- Ensure effective use of physical and financial resources by A&C staff.
- Travel between Wrexham and Flintshire sites as required.

Qualifications
- GCSE Maths & English Grade C or above.
- Degree level qualification or equivalent proven experience.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft applications.
