Deliver nursing services in critical care at Glan Clwyd Hospital, working with the Matron to meet quality standards, activity levels, budget and align with BCUHB Nursing Policies, NMC Code of Practice, professional standards and guidance.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing services to agreed quality standards, activity levels and within budget.
- Collaborate with the Matron to ensure services align with BCUHB policies and NMC guidelines.
- Work independently without direct supervision, using own initiative.
- Provide evidence of continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar critical care environment at Band 6 or above.
- Proven management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Advanced clinical experience in critical care through extensive and recent clinical work.
- Recognised degree in Nursing (or equivalent) and specialist course in Critical Care (or relevant experience) is desirable.
- Ability to speak Welsh is desirable; Welsh and English speakers are welcome to apply.
