Overview
Join to apply for the Therapies Service Administrator role at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and organised Service Administrator to join our Therapies team, based at Ysbyty Bryn y Neuadd. In this key role you will support the day-to-day operational and administrative functions across Therapy services, under the guidance of a Business Manager and Therapies Management Team, helping maintain efficient office systems and contribute to cohesive and supportive administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will support the Occupational Therapy Head of Service, their deputies, and the teams they manage with secretarial and administration tasks and will be a point of contact for staff within the service for administrative queries.
- They will also be responsible for line management, support and supervision of delegated A&C staff employed within Therapies West.
- The role requires excellent organisational skills, sound judgement, the ability to prioritise competing deadlines with minimal supervision and a commitment to handling confidential information appropriately.
- This is a vital position within the team, playing an important part in ensuring high quality care and services for our patients.
- The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
