We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Support Medical Secretary to join the Respiratory Admin Team at Glan Clwyd Hospital.
The role involves providing a comprehensive range of secretarial and administrative duties to the Respiratory Department, acting as a team player in a fast‑paced environment. The successful candidate will be an experienced typist qualified to RSA Typing Level II (or equivalent), possess excellent communication skills, and be able to represent the department with due professionalism. Fluency in Welsh is desirable, but Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

- NVQ Business Administration Level 3 or equivalent experience
- RSA / OCR Level 2 or equivalent (proficient user of Microsoft Word)
- IT related qualification CLAIT+ / ECDL or equivalent
