You will be a key point of contact for patients throughout their care. We have a number of career opportunities for both newly qualified and experienced registrants who hold an NMC registration and are passionate about delivering high quality, patient-centred care in a friendly professional setting.
Responsibilities
- The post holder will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidence-based nursing care.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the team to meet the needs of patients and their families and develop valuable relationships.
- Clinically, you'll be supported to become competent in connecting and disconnecting parental nutrition and receive training to maintain infection control at all times.
- Empower patients to feel comfortable in managing their own care (where possible).
- Liaise with the team to share ideas on best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Registered Nurse (NMC). Open to newly qualified and experienced registrants who are passionate about delivering high quality, patient-centred care.
- Desirable: ability to speak Welsh; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
