Main Duties
- The Senior Staff Nurse will be responsible for delivering high‑quality patient care.
- Supervising and supporting junior team members.
- Managing unplanned admissions.
- Ensuring accurate staffing levels.
- Leading the unit in the absence of senior management.
- Fostering continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience
- Essential: NMC Registered Nurse
