An opportunity has arisen to join a busy special care baby unit providing comprehensive administrative support to the nursing staff and doctors within the unit. We are looking to recruit a permanent member of staff for 16 hours per week.

Main duties of the job include:

The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this role.

Qualifications
  • Essential criteria: English/Maths GCSE or equivalent
  • Desirable criteria: NVQ 2 in Administration, NVQ in Customer Service, ECDL
Experience
  • Essential criteria: Working with the public, Working in a busy environment, Experience of Customer Service, General experience of administration functions
  • Desirable criteria: Previous experience working within the health care sector
Skills
  • Essential criteria: IT/Computer literate, Effective communication skills
  • Desirable criteria: Experience of using WPAS, Case note tracking, RADIS, BADGER NET
