We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated person who will provide support to the Denbighshire Community Adult Learning Disabilities service, based in County Hall, Ruthin., Applications are invited for a Support Medical Secretary, 16 hours.
You will need to be highly motivated, flexible in approach and use your initiative to provide an excellent administration support to the department.
You will be expected to contribute to the delivery of an effective and efficient service in a professional, sensitive and helpful manner.
You will work as part of a team and will need to work closely with a range of staff.
The successful candidate will have a good standard of education, excellent communication skills, be able to work on their own initiative and be efficient and organised with their own workloads.
The candidate should also have excellent keyboard skills and experience of Microsoft Office Package.
A good telephone manner is essential.
The ability to speak Welsh would be beneficial but is not essential.
The post holder will be required to demonstrate a professional and sensitive manner and maintain confidentiality at all times., The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
