Position: Team Leader of Physiotherapy Teams – Pain, ED, Primary Care, CMATS, Rheumatology, Hands and MSK department (RAH).
Responsible for day‑to‑day management, operational support, clinical leadership, and advancement of physiotherapy services across the Central Area.
Responsibilities:- Manage day‑to‑day operations of the designated physiotherapy teams.
- Supervise staff, conduct performance management, staff appraisal, and sickness‑absence management.
- Handle risk management and provide informal resolution for clinical and operational issues.
- Provide clinical leadership and hold a clinical caseload, performing advanced assessment and autonomous treatment planning for complex patients.
- Travel between hospital sites to offer operational support to teams.
- Collaborate with other team leaders and the management team to improve and develop physiotherapy services.
- Support training and professional development of team members.
- Qualified physiotherapist with leadership experience.
- Advanced clinical assessment and management skills for complex presentations.
- Experience working in a multi‑disciplinary team and managing operational duties.
- Evidence of specialist knowledge within chosen practice area.
Welsh speaking is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are welcome to apply.
