We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive Support Medical Secretary to join the Gastroenterology Admin Team in Glan Clwyd Hospital. The candidate will be enthusiastic and highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role will be to provide a comprehensive range of secretarial and administration duties to the Gastroenterology Department. This challenging position requires someone who is a team player, flexible, organised and able to work well under pressure. The successful candidate will need to be an experienced typist, qualified to RSA Typing Level II (or equivalent). This position also requires excellent communication skills, the ability to meet the demands of working in a busy environment and represent the department with due professionalism. Welsh language ability is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome.
