We are looking for experienced, proactive, enthusiastic and caring individuals, who will enjoy working in demanding, rapidly changing environments, supporting all levels of nursing staff and caring for Level 1, 2 and 3 patients.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our dedicated Critical Care workforce at Glan Clwyd Hospital where we are motivated by innovation, the desire to make a difference and our passion for patient‑centred care. You will be the clinically advanced critical care professional with extensive and recent clinical experience. Working in a similar clinical environment at a Band 5 or above, you will have proven management, communication and leadership skills and be able to provide evidence of continuous professional development in critical care nursing. You must be able to work without direct supervision and must be flexible in using your own initiative. Ideally you will have a specialist course in Critical Care or relevant critical care nursing experience, a Mentorship qualification or equivalent, and a recognised degree in Nursing is desirable. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
