Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) North Wales is seeking a Pharmaceutical Production Lead to drive operational leadership for Pharmacy Technical Services production teams and to regionalise and modernise our services during a pivotal transformation.
You will lead complex change, enable high-performing teams, and support continued service improvement across North Wales and nationally within the Transforming Access to Medicines programme (Tr AMS).
Welsh language skills are desirable.
